I LOVE bft! I’m new to the fitness world and was trying lots of gyms in the area. Came across bft opening soon and met owners Ben and Karie who are great people from within the community. The programming is great, the trainers are wonderful and you get a good mix of strength, resistance, cardio etc at bft. Definitely recommend!
