My husband ,Kerry, was in the Banner Baywood Heart hospital and then the main Banner Baywood. Each time that he was there it was for a week or so. The food he was served was not even on an even level with being in jail. He was served raw chicken and was sick with food poisoning after having some invasive surgeries he had to throw up. Looking at the piece of chicken it looked okay. Most of the food was uneatable. This second time he was in because he needed to have someone start dialysis on him. He was very ill and every Dr. that we saw sent us to Banner Baywood. What the hell is wrong with your kitchen management?

I want to direct this review to the imaging department at Banner. I just spoke to someone around 12:15 and she was the most pleasant informative productive person that I’ve spoken to in a long time as far as taking care of what needs to be done but also considering what I’m going through. I cannot remember her name but today is Thursday, June 18 and we spoke on the phone around 12:15 in the imaging department. She needs a raise, and a pat on the back for being a great employee for Banner Health!!!😊
ABSOLUTELY impossible to talk to a customer service about billing, payment plans, etc. We, customer, seem to have no right to speak to a person. I've been going through the so-called Customer Service number loop for 20 minutes, getting nowhere. How am I to solve my concern? The worst!!! Adding one star just so I can post.
