ABSOLUTELY impossible to talk to a customer service about billing, payment plans, etc. We, customer, seem to have no right to speak to a person. I've been going through the so-called Customer Service number loop for 20 minutes, getting nowhere. How am I to solve my concern? The worst!!! Adding one star just so I can post.

I am a cancer survivor. It all started with a scan looking for a medical issue in my weight loss. Lucky for me they discovered I had a mass on my pancreas and with further test notice it was cancerous. My surgery was quickly scheduled for the 12 of June 2024. My surgery lasted 9h1/2 done by an amazing doctor ( Dr Dogeas) my pancreas was removed with part of other organs.
My recovery from the surgery was surprisingly fast and the week I spent at Banner Cancer Center was

Why is this Arizona company sending patient payment details and info to my personal email? I've never lived there, nor interacted with them whatsoever. Their support system is embarrassingly bad and gives no help at all. Extremely weird behavior for a corporate health system

Edit: I already contacted them. Well tried to. They never returned my call or anything. But they're real quick to post this nonsense as a reply, like that'll change things. Can't make this up
