Auto accident messed up my back. Backfit was recommended to me. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and was a little hesitant. This place is awesome! They have medical, chiro, and therapy teams that work together to ensure your recovery goes smoothly and effectively. Dr. Zak at the Arcadia location is amazing! Don’t hesitate if you have a need.
Ended up here after a car accident in early 2025, once my treatment was completed, I continued on with weekly visits for both massage and adjustments. The arcadia location is wonderful- they work with insurance and your schedule. Rhonda does the massage and is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable and does a great job checking in during the massage to see how you're doing. Katherine at front desk is fantastic- taking the time to explain insurance and get me set up on the other services available at the location. PS- they also have acupuncture! Shannon is awesome, I love the holistic option. Dr. Jake & Dr. Zac are the chiropractors I've been adjusted by, both are wonderful.
Definitely 5 stars! I have been going there for about 3 months with back, knee and shoulder issues and this short time I can say I’m pain free with full movement, that’s a lot to say at 72 years old. Thank you to all the staff at BackFit Health.
