I had a good experience with Arizona Sun Screen. I had a small job. Two bug screens that were severely fraying on a couple of windows that needed replacing. Also, needed to replace the back patio screen door. A couple of my friends had used Arizona Sun Screen and had highly recommended them. I stopped in one day and spoke to Jessica who was very nice. She said Del would call me and set a time to stop by. Del came about two weeks ago and was really nice to work with. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient. My screens were old and I had these folks replace 5, two were sun screen and the rest bug screen. They can make new frames or just rescreen. The work was good, the price reasonable and they were on time. The fit was very good. The estimate was free and they gave good advice about what might be best for my needs. They also have neat screen cleaning products in the showroom. They visited for the estimate and came back to install. There is a trip charge but it is waived if you purchase. This is another specialized service that's not easy to find.
Arizona Sun Screen was absolutely wonderful to work with. They responded quickly, had great pricing, and sent someone out promptly to help us with a patio screen quote. Jessica was kind, professional, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, after already placing a deposit, our HOA informed us that we were only allowed to use their specifically designated vendor. Even though the situation was completely out of Arizona Sun Screen’s control, they went above and beyond by understanding the situation and refunding our deposit.
