We needed a shade re-strung for our place in Pinetop and there is no one in the area to help. I brought it to Phoenix and found Affordable Blind Services on Yelp. Cindy was so helpful and able to re-string it quickly, so I would have it to take back up right away. Her location happened to be quite close and convenient for me. I was thrilled to be able to fix this 30 year old shade, as it matches 3 others in our living room. I am quite sure a new shade would have been much more expensive. Cindy took the time to show me the workings and what to watch for in my other shades. Great job and Cindy is a very nice person to do business with.

Heath returned my call and she was somewhat rude and hung up on me. She didn't understand that I called through video relay service which meant a little lapse in time between us. I tried my best to answer her questions but it was not successful. she gave up on me. So be mindful she might not be friendly toward callers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Thank you for listening.

Affordable Blind Service was not only affordable but they were thorough, very customer service oriented and patient with me and my decision making process guiding me to quality products at reasonable prices. They did a great job on installation and cleaned up when they were finished, not a spot on the wall and not even dust on the floor when they were done. I would recommend them and I will use them again when I have the need.
