Really disappointed how my experience with Steve ended up. Started off great and he re screened 3 of my doors, but we also agreed that he would update the track as well. He did one, said he didn’t have enough material for the other 2 tracks and that he would come back in two days. well now it’s almost been 2 weeks and he hasn’t been responding to my calls or texts for a week now. I also paid him upfront so now I am out the money. It was pretty disappointing since he seemed like a nice guy.
Update: He did reach out and complete the work! so far everything is working out right and I appreciate him following back up and completing the job!
Had Steve come out to my house to Replace my Screen door. He showed up within three days. Very quick, but very fluent. By the time he was done and left everything open and closed and fit perfect. Door slides better than it ever has the 15 years I’ve been here. Thanks, Steve
