I am a beginner in the gym. The fitness consultation was a good introduction to the equipment, how to set it up and how to properly use it. Andy asked me what I wanted to accomplish and I gave him a my ideas, he came up with a plan and we went over the machines that would help me work toward my goal.
I’ve been training with Dina Taylor for more than a year and every workout with her is a wonderful workout. I always feel pushed to my limits and I get so much out of our sessions. I feel much more confident, much stronger and more fit as a result of our sessions. Working out with Dina and being a member at Anytime Fitness gives me so much happiness.
I have not been going to this gym for several months, but am determined to get back into shape. I have always felt good at this gym, members are easy to be around. Not a big box gym, which I appreciate. I was happy to learn the personal trainers bought this location. Never any broken equipment! Clean bathrooms.
