Wow!! First and last time and I’m sad to say this. Was feeling super excited to visit this place as it would’ve been my first time and what a horrible experience. I had a random late text around 7:53pm telling me that they wanted me to confirm my already confirmed 1pm appointment but now i was being told that they were going to move it to 11am instead of 1pm. No explanation, no asking if it was ok, just telling me they were going to be changing it. I then replied, hello and that I cannot change it and that I had prior engagements and that this was a very late notice of any changes on their behalf. I found an awesome body care facility in Phoenix, AZ! Their wood therapy (mederoterpia) is so bomb! They also do wraps, lymphatic drainage massages, have fajas, waist trainers, etc. Try them out ladies (and gentlemen)! You will go back for repeat sessions!
