I went in person to the Scottsdale location, but after my measure they had me working with the Chandler location. I had a great experience in the showroom, the person who measured was very professional, and Debbie who handled my quotes and final order was very responsive. The start of the show was the installer, who was so sweet with our kids and did a great job. All around great experience!

I highly recommend The Shade Store at the Scottsdale Quarter. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, worked with Julia who was knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Two days later my windows were professionally measured, blinds received 2 weeks later and professionally installed 2 weeks after that. It was a smooth, stress-free experience and my blinds are beautiful!
