This place was amazing. They let me know everything that they were doing before they did it. They made sure I understood everything. And everyone that spoke with me was so very kind.

The one issue I had was that the surgery center did not request a clearance from my cardiologist from the beginning. I had to really scramble at the last minute to obtain an EKG and get surgical clearance. Rebecca from Dr. O'Neil's scheduling was so extremely helpful with this. Upon arrival at the surgery center, I was greeted by a friendly young man and checked in. Everyone at the surgery center was very friendly and helpful. The schedule was on time. I felt well cared for and informed.

I had lumbar surgery here on July 25th, 2023 performed by Dr Timothy Luke of Sonospine. The entire experience could not have been any better, and I've had 12 surgeries during my lifetime so I have something to compare to. Everyone at Banner was friendly, compassionate and professional and actually made the entire experience enjoyable. I wish that I knew the name of my anesthesiologist, he is the best that I've ever had. I could not believe how quickly and easily I woke up from surgery and with zero nausea and hardly any throat irritation from the breathing tube. Whoever was in charge made my pain almost non-existent and I was quickly on my way back to our hotel room...read full review
