I have costochondritis but it's very chronic. I've been suffering for several months and have had tons of tests and doctors can't help. I do Physical Therapy with cupping and dry needling because it has caused some musculoskeletal issues in my back. Massage helps a ton. I started fasciablasting at home, which is really helping to loosen my knotted up fascia to allow the massage to help even more.I also just had my first facial and I really like how clean it made my face feel. I highly recommend this place!

Just had my second massage in like 4 years. I wasn’t convinced if I liked it or not. I just had a massage with Yadira. She’s convinced me I like them. If I could award her more stars I would. The massage was great, just the kind of pressure I wanted but didn’t really know I wanted. But also her questions were thoughtful and she took time to get to know me and direct me towards the service I needed most since I’m not experienced enough with massage to know what I like. Came here for my birthday, and had THE BEST massage from Chloe! She did an amazing job and was so friendly, and listened to what I wanted her to focus on! I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!! If I lived in AZ I would become a member! Definitely will be back :)
