If your a military retiree do not go here. Which I think is what they want so you will not go back. Which I am not. I told the front my insurance was wrong. She says this is what comes up in the system. Now I am dealing with their remote billing for a 3rd time to get them to bill the right address. I even had to look it up for them they are so lazy. Can never get anyone on the phone, they use an app to call you. I told her it, she did not care. So congrats Banner Urgent Care for hiring lazy employee's. There is a reason your lobby is empty all the time.

I went in for an ear infection which was immediately diagnosed. I mentioned I had Covid for the past five days and was coughing up blood consistently. It's happen before and I wasn't concerned about. They convinced me to perform an x-ray. Then recommended an ER visit. Could have just prescribed antibiotics right there but refused a prescription for my ear. The nurse practitioner definitely did what she thought she should do based on liability. I paid $200 for no treatment. Went to my regular doctor the next day to get a prescription for my ear infection. Be careful the ER said they do this all the time.

We didn't make an appointment, but only ended up waiting about 30 minutes. Natalie, the NP, was so sweet and good with kids. Our rapid strep test came back fast with easy to follow directions for care.We will be back again!
