service was great! super clean and for it being an urgent care they were pretty fast! i was hesitant to go to this location due to the reviews but they were all saying they had to wait a long time but what else do you expect from an urgent care. Definitely the cleanest and most friendliest place!

Wait time was short, staff is very nice. I arrived at 11 and was out before 12! Offered a bottle of water and the nurse was very sweet. Would definitely come back to this location if needed. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about wait times as they explain on their website in detail that people who need medical attention sooner are seen first...

So after a 2 hour wait at the other honor health fast med the only redeeming factor at that location (a friendly front desk operator with tattoos) called to see if I could get in faster at this location. I get an ear infection about once a year, it hits both ears, and the swelling is so severe it's difficult to eat as my teeth won't even touch. The solution? A stab in the glutes with steroids and antibiotics. The steroid takes the swelling down fast. But a two hour wait and robotic staff was crazy.
