The office staff was efficient and professional. I was seen promptly Dr. Mansour addressed all of my medical concerns in detail, making sure I was doing well with my diet and exercise program, that my medications were necessary and appropriate, and I had no problems with my referral to a specialist. After seeing the specialist he reviewed the results in detail I highly recommend Dr Mansour and the Optum Clinic.
I can fully recommend Dr. Ames. The care I received from this doctor is indeed exceptional. He took his time to listen to my concern. I did not feel rushed. I recently switched over after leaving a well known facility. The difference in the care I have received from Dr. Ames and Optum is actually overwhelming.
Everyone is friendly. Dr Ames talks to you not at you like some doctors do.
I do not like filling these out. If I was upset with the office, I would find somewhere else to find medical care and I would let them know why I was leaving.
