I have been a patient at what used to be West Valley Internal Medicine now Optum for over 10 years. They haven't always been as great as they are today. What I have found is when I have issues it's been the individual Dr. and not the practice. Once I switched Dr.'s and started seeing Dr. Michael Kleven it's been Great and that was 6-7 years ago.
They recently added another Amazing Dr. to there staff. His name is Dr. Saman Manzouri, DO. Dr. Manzouri and Dr. Kleven are amazing, you can tell that they truly care about you. They both are very thorough and willing to fight with the insurance to get you approved for what you need.

The entire staff at the Bell Rd location are great. Oliva Hardy NP is awesome. She is Kind and caring. She is genuine and answers all my questions. Her team went above and beyond to assist in scheduling my tests that were needed. They make a great team.

Great experience! Super friendly staff and front desk people! Dr. Michael Kleven is amazing, he is really respectful of his patients and he seems like someone who genuinely cares about his patients.
