Fast service, partly bc it was Sunday morning, Father's Day, but all of the staff and technicians were great. I had brought a book, expecting a lot of hurry up and wait, but I didn't even have time to respond to a text.
The staff here is tops - efficient and kind at a time when someone isn’t feeling their best.
I am also thankful for the ability to ‘reserve time’ via MyChart - and it saved a LOT of time to preregister for the visit by ensuring updates to my history. (My PCP is in the network, so I have a maintained record.)
I took my 90 YO Mom, who is wheelchair-bound to HH Urgent Care. All of the staff were welcoming and caring. The facility is clean and well maintained. Dr Stoddard, nurses, front desk, and X-ray staff were kind and professional and treated my mom with respect and took time to listen. We were in and out within a little over an hour with diagnosis and prescriptions called into the pharmacy. If we ever need to go to Urgent Care again, we would definitely go to Honor Health Urgent Care at 6220 W Bell Road. Many thanks to the staff for making our visit a pleasant experience.
