Went in at about 4:30pm on weekday & was prepared to wait forever, but 10-15 later I was called. Hadn’t been there in 4-5 years, but they had all my info that just needed address change. EVERY staff member I engaged with was outstanding in friendliness and professionalism. They were exceptional. Sad to say, I was blown away by a place where people seemed to enjoy their work and didn’t have attitudes. I’m 82 y.o. & for many years, that’s how people were in a workplace dealing with/the public. It’s become so rare that it seems extraordinary to find that kind of quality & ethic in today’s workplace.

And the best experiences with the NPS, the doctors and everyone at the facility, they're amazing.You might look busy , but they get you quick and they handle you with the best care. Megan was my favorite nurse.
