“First time visit at Hey Day-Scottsdale today it was amazing! Walked in and was greeted by Brooklyn at the front, she is so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. After Brooklyn checked me in and while waiting for my appointment she showed me some products they have and she is very knowledgeable about the products they use. My esthetician was Brandy and my facial was wonderful and relaxing! She was very knowledgeable and explained the products used during my facial and aftercare. “I loved my afternoon at Joya. The entryway is absolutely beautiful, with interactive elements that ease you into a wellness mindset. The locker and shower areas were spacious and comfortable. The hammam ritual room was a real surprise—the gentle warmth was perfect after my massage. Speaking of, I had a fabulous massage that worked my tight areas while also helping me relax.

I had two small complaints. One, that no one greeted me to show me around. I had to find my way around until I found someone to show me where everything was. Second, the terrace pool was the temperature of a hot bathe despite it being 87 degrees outside. I also think it was a touch overpriced. My massage was good but nothing special.

But I also want to give BIG kudos for easily accommodating plus size bodies. They had spacious robe sizes and wider shoes easily available, and even the massage table felt wide enough to fit on comfortably.“
