Beautiful facilities, amazing amenities, and fabulous providers. However, the staff checking in/out honestly kind of ruins the relaxation. They all seemed very new, took forever, and were very interesting characters.
Making an appointment is painful. Can't book packages online, but if you call, they rarely answer the phone. Hope the services are worth the hassle and money. I'm about ready to give up.
This is an incredible spa on a beautiful property with all the amenities (steam, jacuzzi, sauna, locker rooms, towel service, robes) you would expect from a world-class spa like this. My massage therapist, Lally, was intuitive, well-educated in her practice, and has 18 years of experience. She taught me a lot about how my body was reacting to stress and not only put her skills to the test, but taught me things I could do at home to prevent stress from overtaking my muscles! Simply put, she’s an exceptional and kind therapist who knows her craft well.
