He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing and masterminding the process of purchase , templating installing and finish work. I errored on check out and forgot to mention the 10% discount til we were home--however Sherrie in custosmer service was friendly and very helpful in rectifiying my error. Over all the experience was very good with all areas of buy, templating, installing and payments going exactly like Mark said they would. We are very happy with our granite and Home Depot.
