“Service tech was great, installers were professional, courteous and tenacious, insuring the job was completed within the allotted timeframe, despite running into unexpected challenges. No complaints regarding service or installation.
I feel like I was done a disservice by sales in that the unit is not the most energy efficient. In fact, at 14.4 SEER, it just hits the border of the next efficiency range. Unit is single stage so it hard starts and spikes my electrical service when it comes on. A variable speed unit would have been better and may have qualified for tax incentives. I’m not an A/C professional and I purchased based on pricing, however, I feel that the salesperson should have informed me of the options available and the advantages of upgrading my purchase.“

They stuck with the 9/18 installation and did a great job. Ended up being only a couple weeks after the initial promised installation date.

UPDATE 8/25: Installation has been moved up to September 18.

Installation lead time for our glass slider nearly doubled! Measurements were taken July 11th with a promised installation 6-8 weeks out (Aug 22- Sept 5). Called for an update last week and now the target date is Oct. 8th due to in-house issues, not the manufacturer. I will be fair and update this review if things change for the better.“
