Service tech was great, installers were professional, courteous and tenacious, insuring the job was completed within the allotted timeframe, despite running into unexpected challenges. No complaints regarding service or installation.
I feel like I was done a disservice by sales in that the unit is not the most energy efficient. In fact, at 14.4 SEER, it just hits the border of the next efficiency range. Unit is single stage so it hard starts and spikes my electrical service when it comes on. A variable speed unit would have been better and may have qualified for tax incentives. The installer did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond, faced with a huge challenge of removing glued down carpet tiles. He spent several hours and problem solved the issue. He was pleasant and patient throughout the process. The final result was a beautiful carpet. He did a thorough job of cleaning up as well.
