“We first landscaped about 8 years ago with Sonoran Dreams. First experience was excellent. Brandon did a wonderful job. Then we needed more pavers and he sent us a crew and job was perfect. But then we decided to put in a pool a few years later. Another call to Sonoran Dreams. Brandon made everything easy. He cleared the land to make way for the pool. Then he redid the area with new plants and added more pavers. Since my backyard needed drainage his crew put in a drainage system so the rain water would run off away from my house. I can’t say enough good things. Our golf cart died a few blocks from home , luckily right near where Brandon happened to be supervising a crew. He actually got a worker and Brandon pushed my cart home. Anyone reading this in Saddle Brooke Ranch is welcome to see my property. Sharon Farber“

“We had a great experience from the design stage through installation. Dylan was able to help us turn our ideas into a beautiful design. It was very much a collaborative effort as we went through various options. When the installation started, Ryan was our onsite supervisor. He was there daily to answer questions, monitor progress and identify any issues. We were able to make modifications to the design during the install process and they also recommended ideas to enhance the overall appearance. The communication from everyone at Valley was exceptional. We always knew what was happening. The masonry and landscape crews were very professional and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We share a wall and she has a huge Elm tree that had overgrown into my yard and hers so we decided to tackle getting this done together. “Amazing! That is the best way I know to describe them. We moved here in June 2015 and they redid the landscaping completely. We have enjoyed it for the past 10 years. Since the initial installation they have maintained our landscaping. This included lighting, watering and system maintenance, trimming, replacing plants … There is pretty much nothing they don’t take care of. When we have any issues they are addressed in short order. “I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. He was on time & completed a thorough inspection which included actually getting up on the roof. (Only one other company actually got on the roof). He was professional, knowledgeable, explained in detail the type of roof which would be the best for my roof-hot tar application. Gale Maly sent me a detailed estimate within 2 days & explained the process in detail. After reviewing the additional estimates from other roofing companies I had inquired (which neither proposed the hot tar application). I chose to hire Maly & Associates. Gale scheduled the project for the following week. The roofing team that came was punctual, respectful & very knowledgeable about the roofing process. They worked ALL DAY in the HOT SUN & only took 1 break for lunch. The team covered all the ground around the patio room to ensure there would be no mess. Communication was excellent throughout the project & I was kept informed at every stage. Maly & Associates promptly addressed any concerns I might have had & ensured I was satisfied with the results. “Paul Cutler is a great landscaper to hire. He is very knowledgeable and has many years experience. He and his workers created a beautiful flagstone patio on my property. The flagstone was much nicer than I imagined it could be. They also helped me design my back and side yards. Side yard was full of nasty weeds because of faulty design from builder. Cutler Landscaping removed all the weeds and replaced this problematic area with beautiful pavers in a nice design and improved drainage to street. In the backyard near the flagstone, many nice plants were placed including bougainvillea, various cacti, and desert flowering plants. His company removed many weeds from my front yard and removed a potentially problematic tree and replaced with a much nicer Crape Myrtle Tree. Paul kept all his commitments, communicated well, and was fairly easy to schedule. His quote may be a little more expensive than others but he has a much better quality. I would not hesitate to use him on another project again.“
