We can’t say enough good things about SoAz pools!! This is our second pool build with SoAz and they do not disappoint! The yard and pool are amazing! We contacted them in February and our yard was a blank slate. We let them know what we wanted then Steve and his crew transformed it into something we couldn’t have imagined! We had SoAz install our pool little over a year ago. I think I stated on previous post that I was pleased with the efficiency and timing of installation. The crew was like a well oiled machine. This review is about service after the sale one year later. Our auto refill mechanism went bad and Braun came out and replaced it. I left a message on Sunday night and he was at our house on Monday! Highly recommend
Southern Arizona was a dream to work with from the very beginning. Justin even came out before our house was finished being built so that we could get on the schedule as soon as it was finished. The design options that he sent over were awesome and very easy to adjust so that we could get exactly what we wanted l, all while remaining in budget. We never felt like we were being “sold” anything, he just wanted us to be happy in our space—and we are beyond happy. Our pool project manager, Steve Minor made the build process as smooth as glass.
