We were very pleased with the hard work and dedication from the team at Cimarron. From owner Rob (attentive and knowledgeable to help us decide on designs and walk through process) to project manager, Eddy (top notch leader in spite of unexpected setbacks along the way!) Billy and his crew were always very professional and friendly. We love our spool and would recommend Cimarron Circle to others.

Mike Goode was an absolute hero for his help with our pool circulation problem. We had solar panels installed which required us to cut the power to the house, but when we turned it on, the pool circulation system was off line. We run an AirbnB and had guests checking in that day who were VERY clear they were excited for the heated pool. Panic!!Mike responded to our cries for help immediately and went out to fix the issue that same day (on his own time, the pool had just been serviced the day before). He was prompt, helpful and communicative. Every interaction we’ve had with him has been a true pleasure.Thank you Mike!!

The service team at Cimarron has been great. Mike Goode in particular has just been stellar. He has helped us with technical issues almost immediately and has always gone out of his way to provide excellent support.
