I had my Achilles tendon repaired in Jan and have been working with Marcus to get my strength back to become fully operational. I've been very pleased with the exercises he has me doing. They have been challenging and tailored to my specific situation. The surgeon said at my last check up I was about 4 weeks ahead of the normal progression at this time. Thank you Marcus.
