Just went as a new patient, I can finally move and breathe! The doctor listened to all of my concerns, was super thorough in my consult, and made sure he understood all my pain before starting to work on my back. I feel so much better and this was only my first appointment. Thank you so much Dr. Don! See you all next week!

I had my first appointment at this clinic with Don Shiflet and am very happy with my experience. He did a thorough evaluation, spoke clearly and explained in a way I could understand but not “dumbed-down”. It is obvious he is highly skilled. And he LISTENS to your problems and your treatment preferences. The front desk staff are friendly, and they will all soon move to a new location, so don’t be put off by the storehouse appearance, it’s temporary. After a few minor adjustments, I left feeling better and more flexible. I am recommending to my husband and my friends.

Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover: Going inside it looks in disarray, This is due to them moving to a new facility not far from where they are now. But they are attentive as soon as you walk in. The 2 ladies' in front very helpful and knowledgeable in moving the process along with Insurance.I went to Back Alley and was treated for lower back pain. Was seen right away. Dr. Shiflet went to work asking questions about the pain level and location and how it might have happened before he proceeded to treat me. After a few visits I am doing much better.
