Taped a note to my $100,000 car because I parked in the visitor section but they need 5 spaces reserved for homeowners while 5 visitor spaces are blocked by a massive dumpster. There was 0 homeowners in their office. Good luck to whoever uses this builder. Also look at all the horrible reviews and bad work. Instead of worrying about parking spots worry about building a better quality home.

We want to love this house, but the experience with our new build has not awful from the start. We are 3 years into our new home and the customer service has lacked to say the least as Woodside can’t keep their Customer Service Reps long enough to complete the job. This is our 2nd Woodside new build and would have never moved if we knew what this would be like. The quality of work in general has not been as promised and what we know from prior build. The biggest complaint is their lack of communication and ability to complete their job.We have gone through 2 Customer rep supervisors, in which I will say they had helped and made decisions to move repairs forward. The following is a review that I posted about Chas Roberts Air Conditioning. I'll post it here, as well, as Woodside Homes chose to use Chas Roberts for the installation of my air conditioning system. During last year's issue with my air conditioning system, Woodside Homes provided absolutely ZERO support.
