Seems an interesting concept in home building. Finish quality is a bit off. When I pointed out finish issues with the sales associate, he was quick to find excuses. Not sure I trust a builder who cuts corners even on their models.YMMV!
We are building a new home with New Village and are planning to close in the next 6 weeks. Before we made our selection, we looked into other builders and a few key elements put New Village above their competition. Being a ‘smaller’ company gives them more of a family approach with the process. We know our project foreman by name, and we are on a first name basis with most of the team. From the contract process to the design center to the on site communication, New Village offers a personalized and quality feel.
