We love the home that VIP built, with any home there are flaws. So far most people from VIP have been great to work with. They have made to fix and correct anything in the house that needs fixed. I am giving VIP 4 stars because I have not had a great experience with Travis Senseman. He is rude and not helpful. Like with any builder you will have pros and cons when building the home. It did take a long time with delays on building the home. Some of that was due to shortage of building material etc.

We had nothing but a fantastic experience building a home with VIP, from beginning to end. The sales person that we met the first day was great and he explained everything professionally, taking time to answer all of our questions. The builder offered appealing incentives that were nice upgrades to an already nice home. Plus, as a semi-custom home, we were able to build a house that was exactly what we wanted. Deborah, the designer, was the absolute best! She listened to all of our questions and thoughts and, while never letting her own opinion come into the equation, helped steer us in the direction we wanted to go with the house. I cannot say enough about Evelyn Peterson of VIP Homes. Evelyn met with us last minute to view a home site and walk through a gorgeous model home. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched in my opinion. Thank you Evelyn for your time, your kindness, and your compassion for building beautiful homes!
