“Mariano & Co Just finished Phase I of our renovation. They removed all tile and carpet, replacing it with tile flooring throughout. They helped us select a tile that was in budget, but looks fabulous. Then they replaced all baseboards and painted the house. The workers showed up when they committed and cleaned up at the end of each day. We got an evening email letting us know what to expect the next day. Lucien responded immediately if I had a question. They finished ahead of schedule which allowed us to plan our move in date. We are now on to Phase II and III which will be kitchen and bathrooms.“
