Jeremy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. What can I say,but EXCELLENT SERVICE. We have used them for almost 3 years now. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes out here within a half hour system up and running within 45 minutes once again excellent service very knowledgeable and if I could I would give them 10 Stars
I wanted to give the biggest shoutout in the world to Julian Rodriguez and their dispatcher Chelsea. I have been dealing with an A/C leak for over a month and have had over four different technicians from different companies here to diagnose the issue and do “repairs”. Finally FIAT was recommended as they do most of the A/C work for the HOA I live in.
Julian came out on a last minute call, took his time and was thorough before diagnosing the problem. He also shut the water off to the A/C unit to prevent a flood from happening, something the other companies failed to address.
