Our heat pump stopped cooling because the condenser fan motor failed during a stretch of warm weather, and the house was getting uncomfortable. We first dealt with another contractor who diagnosed the issue but did not follow through with updates or a repair schedule, so we were left waiting longer than expected and had to rely on a small backup window unit to keep part of the home comfortable. This team really takes pride in their furnace repair and heating work, and they truly care about their customers. They installed our heating system and helped improve the way our home stays warm, and it has been working great while helping lower our utility bills.
