“Pilates is a a nice workout I also have a gym coach. I always book with Sam I believe her classes are beneficial with the amount of money per month being spent also with seeing results. She definitely corrects when you’re not doing the work properly which I’m fine with. Im patient with results and and don’t mind criticism as long as the criticism is to help me be better. I’m here for the results and if I develop relationships along the way I’m ok with that too! I would recommend everyone to try it out for sure!“
