Kool-Wave Air Conditioning & Heating

Kool-Wave Air Conditioning & Heating in Lake Havasu City, AZ, is a highly regarded heating and cooling contractor, known for their exceptional service and expertise in handling HVAC needs. They have been serving the community for many years, with some customers having been with them for over 15 years.

Their customers appreciate their professionalism and pleasant demeanor, even in extreme temperatures. They are experienced in servicing both residential and commercial properties, and have a reputation for accurately diagnosing and repairing issues, even when others may have recommended replacement.

For example, they were able to save a customer thousands of dollars by identifying and fixing a bad electric motor in a heating unit, instead of replacing the entire unit as was suggested. They have also been able to recharge old units and keep them functioning for longer than expected.

In addition to their repair services, Kool-Wave Air Conditioning & Heating also offers yearly maintenance services to ensure the longevity of HVAC units. They are attentive to details and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They were able to troubleshoot and replace a blower motor capacitor in an old unit, and when the same issue occurred again shortly after, they returned at no extra cost to replace the compressor capacitors.

When it was time for the customer to upgrade their unit, Kool-Wave scheduled the install date and completed the job efficiently. They also took the initiative to replace the air filter register with a higher flowing one to accommodate the increased airflow of the slightly larger unit, resulting in less noise.

Overall, Kool-Wave Air Conditioning & Heating is a reliable and trustworthy contractor that values their customers and strives to provide the best service possible.
