Your staff makes the home owner feel like they truly care about how the money is spent and what is the best direction to go or better said the biggest bang for your buck. Very appreciated, honesty and integrity is hard to find in business in today’s world. Thank you, Ferraro Family
We highly recommend Samons Air Conditioning. They provided excellent customer service and quality installation. The friendly technicians were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to work quickly and efficiently.
Garrett was our technician, he was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete inspection of both of our HVAC systems and didn’t try to upsell us on additional maintenance programs that the company offers.
He did explain the benefits of a regular maintenance service, but certainly didn’t make us feel pressured that we needed it.
We appreciated his honesty, and would definitely recommend Samon’s Air Conditioning to anyone in need of there services.
And… We will be definitely be requesting Garrett for our next inspection!
