I had been "reliably informed" that there was no shop in Lake Havasu that could build a custom computer, and ran across this shop while out on other errands, but lo and behold, not only did they manage to assemble a top-of-the-line system, they busted their butts making sure that it would do everything I wanted of it, and their tech support has been superlative. Shops like this deserve all the business people can offer them, and those people will walk away satisfied, just as I did.

I have nothing more than great things to say about Hav-A-Tech. I dropped my brand new laptop, called the business line as soon as it happened, John picked up, and did not hesitate to help. The next morning, I brought my laptop in, and he was able to fix it within an hour. I highly recommend this place, and cannot thank Hav-A-Tech more for the professionalism throughout my experience. I will ABSOLUTELY be the first to recommend this shop to anyone!

John was amazing to work with!!! Answered all our questions in language we could understand. Hooked us up with equipment perfect for our purpose. Would recommend Hav-A-Tech to anyone who needs help with their computer questions and computer purchases.
