So far so good! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'll be back next week to finish the work with Andrew.Update:I had a tricky situation that Andrew, Nick and team advised me on and then very quickly and efficiently made my new laptop operational and nearly seamless! My only problem now is connecting to my wireless printer. Can't get it working. I highly recommend Whiz Kids if you need any kind of computer help!

Nick, the technician, is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the steps he was taking to fix my Wi-Fi problem as well as reconnecting my printer to the Wi-Fi. He is patient with a "senior" client and very polite. I have dealt with Whiz Kid both professionally and personally in my home. Highly recommend Nick and other technicians at Whiz Kid. Great company!
