Brought my laptop in because my laptop screen which was though screen no longer was working after my dog stepped on it. The gentleman was so kind and listened to my issue. All of my schoolwork including my finals were on the laptop and my situation was urgent. After leaving him the computer, it was determined the cost would be more than the laptops worth to fix it so instead he extracted all the data from the laptop and put it on a simple to use flash drive. One of the great things about small local businesses is the personalized service you get, and K-Tek is tops for computer tech in Kingman, Arizona. We have come to depend on Tomas for his willingness to go above and beyond to assist us with computer hardware, operating systems, accessories, and networking advice. Whether we go to his shop or call him on the phone, he's always present for us and has something intelligent to suggest that gets us up and running when we're stumped and need help. Tomas is a genuinely nice person who understands and relates to us as another small small business and/or personal operation in a remote area with not a lot of options for high-tech.

This place is just a little shops but the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and he was very well priced! If you have an issue with a laptop or comp. they will look at it and explain what is wrong or needs to be done. Before I left the shop they showed me what was done and if I had any issues when I left that I can either call or bring back my laptop and they will she what the issue is. I'd recommend this place.
