Attention Computer Nerd Refugees! If you discovered the hard way like I did that Computer Nerds is closed forever NOT TO WORRY! Bits and Bytes is across the street and down a bit. There is an easy to see Truck in their parking lot acting as a prominent sign so you can't miss it. Brought my problem into Jake and he did what he said he would do in the time he said it would take. Easy Peasy. Bits and Bytes has got you covered!

Great end user support store geared more towards the home user. Being an MCSE, I was a bit disappointed; but people like me are not really the target market. I would recommend this business.

And he really knows what he's doing. Using him as an expert witness in my case on a security system that only he could pull up. It was testified in court that nobody could do it. And Andy did it! I believe he's a perfectionist and he knows what he's doing. He also sells used computers at a wonderful price. I was suggest this business to anyone who is in need of a computer/system for security.
