Highly HIGHLY recommend Kingman Computer Repair !! 🙏🏻 The power went out in Fort Mohave yesterday and it caused an error with our computer. To say it’s critical to my business is an understatement. When I couldn’t get into it this morning I started to panic. My husband spent 4 hours trying things to get it to work or to reset it but no success. We called around and found there was only one in-town option for pc repairs with a 48 hour turnaround time. We reached out to Lance at Kingman Computer Repair and he said he could get it done same day no matter how long it would take. We drove up to Kingman, within 2 hours (went to grab food and took the kids to the park) he was done and for less than most! Thankfully I store ALL my business files on a separate drive so they are safe tho we had to wipe the main hard drive. I am beyond grateful to Lance for saving our computer and my sanity. 🤭 You cannot find better professionalism, knowledge and pricing!! 10/10 🌟
I was blown away by how quickly my laptop was repaired (in about 20 minutes) on the spot. I was expecting it to take a few days at least after leaving it there. Needed to remove a broken AC adapter plug from the power port and replace the charger with a used one in stock. However, the bill rung up on my card was $10 over what I was told it would cost me by the tech guy. Very uncool! Nevertheless, I would still rate them with 4 out of 5 stars.
