The team diagnosed my laptop's problem quickly and professionally. On Weds, they ordered an SSD to replace my existing drive and said it would be delivered in a "couple of days" (actually delivered Monday PM). I delivered PC to them Tues at 0800-tech said it would take a couple of hours to install and transfer data. Receive PC back Weds at 2pm. They hadn't downloaded the MS office suite that I previously used, so had to stand around for a bit. My virus protection wasn't loaded either, nor Adobe acrobat. Once that was corrected, my laptop now works like NEW. I'm super happy with the result. The techs need some training about setting expectations and determining what programs are REQUIRED.
