After being disregarded by another company AHS transferred my work order to Penn-Tek. I gave them a call and the guy was at my house within the hour. He explained what was wrong and that it would take a thorough check but got my AC up and running temporarily (due to 100 degree temps) until they can get to the root of the problem. The last 2 years AHS sent out a company that just added coolant and left, Penn-Tek actually looked and recognize there’s a problem and will return for a long term solution instead of just getting me through the summer. They can have my business anytime.
I highly recommend them, are they always on time, NO, because they help other emergencies first. They replaced my AC unit at my house and it did take a week for the new unit but I let them know it was not an issue because we installed a few window ac to hold us over. They also take care of my business unit and because we have animals there, they will come at a moment's notice, even if late at night. I will always give them my business with heating and cooling needs. The fact that they are always there to make sure animals in my care are always comfortable means a lot.
