This dude is the best. Bought a used trailer in phoenix. Loaded up all our belongings and moving to Nashville. Had a wheel bearing go bad. Since it was an older trailer parts were a pain to lokate.
Jay came through clutch. He removed the rear axle and was ABLE to get the old bearing races off the axle spud and get us on our trip.

I am an 86 yrs old female and was stopped at the Maverick station in Holbrook and couldn't go further because the skid plate on my car was dragging. Tried calling several garages. No help. I finally called K&P, explained my problem and a man and woman were there within 10 minutes. The young man got down on the ground, got under my car and fastened the plate back up. Saved my day as I was traveling from Durango, Co to Phoenix by myself. Thank you so much. This happened a couple of weeks ago. Good people.

I had my travel trailer tire, its side shows split but not flat. I was about 40 miles away and decided to look at a service possibility in Holbrook, AZ. There I found this service and I drove to its place. The guy name Greg was about to leave for a service call but I was lucky caught him and showed him the problem I have. Greg was a very kind guy and willing to replace w/ the spare tire in no time. It took him about 30 minutes. I was relieved and felt safe to drive home Phoenix. I appreciated its trust service as well as Greg's time. Thanks Judy
Broke down on a late Friday afternoon. James took a look at my truck and told me to come back the following morning so they could isolate the specific problem. James was able to quickly diagnose the problem but, unfortunately the part could only come from the dealer in Flagstaff. First thing Monday morning James contacted the dealership and ordered the part. When the part arrived, James drove to Flagstaff to pick up the part and they had my truck fixed in less than two hours. I was expecting a huge bill but, I was pleasantly surprised as it was very reasonable. James and his team are true professionals that go the extra mile.
