The guy who we made the arrangement with and the guy who towed us were great! But $275. to tow our 30' trailer to our hotel a block away, AND $275. to haul out pickup less than a mile I think was a bit overboard.
Good service. Reasonable price.The driver arrived in a reasonable time. He was polite and helpful. He tied down our vehicle and hauled us and it to the nearest town. Samson Towing helped us.
My family and I purchased kayaks this summer and decided to take them up to the lake a relaxing weekend at the lakes in Payson at our cabin. On the way up, almost all of the dash lights on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe lit up, the steering loosened up and the brakes began acting weird but we were already up here from Phoenix so we were stuck. After dealing with the rude and horrible Hyundai customer service representatives for hours, we finally went through AARP instead and they finally dispatched a tow service. They told us it would be about 2-3 hours initially but Jessica showed up within almost an hour! Not that I get tows a lot, but she strapped my car and loaded it up...read full review
