DOT physical! If you were looking for a DOT physical and you’re in this area Dr. Moore is great! He has an office out of his home and it is very comfortable and inviting. I needed to get a DOT physical as soon as possible and he was very accommodating in getting me in right away! Dr. Moore was very professional and sociable! He is located very close to the TA and loves truck stops! Thanks again Dr. Moore
