These people SAVED my family! On my way to Cali from NM, and we had a blowout! They came out and picked up my wife and daughter in a personal vehicle, WHILE they towed my car! They didn't try price gouging EITHER! another company tried charging us over $700! It was only 20 miles! Thank you so so much from my family to yours!
Our car broke down in the Petrified Forest and Kevin (owner of K&P) came out and towed us from the visitor center. They prioritized our car and did EVERYTHING they could to fix it - alas, the issue was a broken lifter (stupid unforeseen engine failure) and we had to make the hard decision to buy a new car instead of spending thousands to fix this one. Kevin and his awesome crew got us to and from our hotel, got us a tow to Phoenix, and treated us with the upmost decency. WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR HELP AND YOUR AMAZING SERVICE!P.S. We got a new car (buried the old one) and are now on the road home - you made that happen!
Kevin (the owner) was an amazing help! Me and my boyfriend were traveling from sc to Cali and my tire and spare tire were flat. We called him at 9:42 on Friday and he said no one had my tire size and offered to drive us to get a tire two towns over and put the tire on for no charge. He was very kind and helped get us on the road in the morning.
