We had an idea that the tile floors throughout our house were in need of a good scouring, but were we ever in for a HUGE surprise when our eyes beheld the finished job!! It was like night and day! Our floors look brand new. They are SO clean and beautiful. We highly recommend Southwest Carpet and Air Ducts for both services, as we also had the air ducts throughout our house (and clothes dryer vent) cleaned and now our house is so much healthier to live in. Huge kudos to Mike for his excellent work. We couldn't possibly be happier.

We used this company to clean the carpets in our house when we were preparing to sell. Mike was scheduled to come on a Tuesday. Based on our “coming soon” pre listing we found out on the Saturday before the rugs were to be cleaned, someone that was only in town for 2 days wanted to see the house on a Sunday at 1PM. We called to see if there was anything Southwest could do to come earlier than scheduled. Mike came out on Sunday morning at 7 AM and finished all the carpets in @ 3 hours. He did a fantastic job and the carpets were clean from our first to our last showing. I would use this company again and highly recommend them!
