See the tons of negative reviews on Yelp & Facebook - BBB Complaints too. Gemma Watkins is an unethical scam artist. First, she overcharged $5 for the Full Lash Groupon with a fill, and then she wouldn't book a fill appointment until 26 days after she applied the Full Lash service. Nine days after she performed the Full Lash service, I told her over half the lashes had fallen out and were balding. I requested a fill asap; however, she refused to see me until 26 days later, which at that point when I came in for the fill, she then strategically said that I didn't have enough lashes left and was expected to pay for another Full Lash service. I purchased a Living Social deal for a brazillian wax to save a few dollars and time by trying some place close to work.The salon seemed nice but as it was a suite within a large complex the room was quite crowded as it seemed more of storage for the permanent makeup. I was a little surprised by the unsanitary use of the same wooden stick for my whole service and it being re-dipped into the wax. She used a combination of soft and hard wax which I was familiar with but when the hard wax was applied she applied it so thin that she had to keep picking at the edge in order to get a piece to grip.
