I would like to share a positive review of the Walmart Vision Center at Store #1532 and recognize the excellent service provided by the staff and management. Brianna has consistently gone above and beyond for both me and my mother. She is always kind, patient, and genuinely friendly--not just polite for the sake of it. She takes the time to help us choose frames that fit our style and our budget, which we truly appreciate. Her honesty and helpfulness make the experience comfortable and stress-free. Somebody please give her a raise! I previously went to JCPenney Optical for many years and spent a significant amount of money, so discovering that Walmart offers quality frames starting at $10 has been amazing. As someone who has worn glasses since the age of eight and is now 30, affordability without sacrificing service means a lot to me. This year was special because, for the first time, I had a female doctor perform my eye exam. Dr. Tina Kessler provided the best eye exam experience I've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. She even took the extra step of giving me advice on eye makeup that would not irritate my skin, as I am allergic to makeup. The friendly, welcoming environment is a reflection of excellent management, and I hope Mr. Daniel continues to manage this store, as it clearly makes a positive difference. In my opinion, this is the best Walmart Vision Center, and I will continue to recommend it to others.
Best vision center ever. I called Sam's club, Costco, target, and Walmart vision is the cheapest out of pocket since AHCCCS doesn't cover vision. Kim is an old soul but man is she the funniest most loving person ever. The entire vision team are so kind and amazing, the doctor was very thorough and made sure to double check and ask many questions on which lens works better and checked my vision with trial contacts as well. They never push you to buy glasses or stuff in shop besides the first obligatory one. I will continue coming here, they are truly amazing to work with. Cost for eye exam with contacts exam was $151
If someone suggested I get glasses at Walmart, my first response would have been, 'You're kidding, right?' That was until one of the chain optical locations mangled my prescription, made me another pair of glasses that still weren't right and then after checking my vision only changed one parameter... slightly. I knew it wouldn't fix the problem and they wanted around $950 just for new lenses. Seriously?! So I decided to get an eye exam from someone else before checking myself into a mental facility. I happened to be going to Walmart and thought, 'Why not?'. It was the most comprehensive eye exam that I've received in.... decades. Dr. Halloway took his time and there were definite changes to my prescription. I decided to order my glasses from them and it was a fraction of what the box store wanted to just redo my lenses. I am now telling family, friends, clients and strangers that this is the place to get their exams and glasses. I sell health insurance so I talk to a lot of people. I hope they can keep up...
