my warranty company assigned Gotham Air to us. it's been a long, hot, grumpy week for us all -baby and dogs included. we're now up and running and cool again. thanks guys.
I had a fella by the name of Ivan come out to fix my A/C yesterday. Around 9pm I realized My unit was not blowing cool air. I have a home warranty and they assigned Gotham Air LLC. Long story short, they came out by 10am the next morning. Ivan explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to get it up and running like it should, and he fixed it. He was very informative and I liked that he didn’t try to sell me anything or try to get me to pay for other things. My AC unit is the original one from when I bought my home in 2004, so it’s 16 years old. That being said, he could have pitched the “buy a new unit” claim but he didn’t. I really appreciate that because every time I’ve had other companies come out to fix it, they always try to get me to replace it because it’s older. Ivan was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Gotham Air LLC and Ivan!
