There are many good providers. Reviews are sometimes helpful. One indicator is people actually doing the work.
I am not qualified to have an opinion on the quality on our large complex. I base my opinion on having contact with Ronnie and Ishmael and possibly a supervisor. They seem to be five star people and my guess is that it will be reflected in their work.
American Roofing did an excellent job re-foaming our roof. Malu was very knowledgeable and available every step of job. I highly recommend Malu and American Roofing for your roof repair needs.
