I had a C-section a month ago and I was told I could give birth normally but dr folkestad decided it was the safest route and I had the worst C-section experience I have so much drainage from my incision like it pours out and I had a C-section with my first and this never happened then him and his nurse said it’s normal and when I went into the hospital all the triage nurses said it wasn’t normal that they have never seen this before I am currently still leaking and I’m almost 2 months postpartum I will never in my life go back to this office i thought he cared about his patients but nope never checked or came to my room when I was in the hospital he sent his surgical...read full review

My family has been seeing Dr.Folkstead for more than 17 years and he’s wonderful! The rest of the place, forget about it. The staff at the front are rude, snippy, and unprofessional. They make you feel like a burden for simply scheduling an appointment or asking questions. It is disappointing that the terrible lack of staff quality is a representation of the doctors in this building.

I’ve been coming here to Arrowhead OB since 2013. It used to be one of the best OB’s but recently within the last few years, it’s gone downhill. Today I waited over an hour and 30 minutes to be seen, which would have never happed before. I had to leave and reschedule. The appearance of the office has also gone downhill. The chairs are falling apart, the rooms are dirty and dusty. The only reason I have continued to go here was because I really enjoy Dr Folkstead. He has great bedside manner, he’s so polite and cheerful. However, I think it’s time for me to find another OB.
